The Executive Funeral Package
Our Executive Package has been created for families who want a complete, dignified and beautifully presented funeral service that includes all the elements traditionally associated with a premium farewell. While it offers a higher level of service and personalisation, the Executive Package still aims to keep costs as manageable as possible by combining essential and enhanced features into one transparent, all-inclusive price.
This package is ideal for families who wish to honour their loved one with an elegant, comprehensive service while retaining clarity, simplicity and reassurance throughout the planning process.

Our Executive Package is available at:
Portchester Crematorium: £5,488
The Oaks, Havant Crematorium: from £5,777
(Please note: The Oaks Crematorium charges a higher fee for Friday services; pricing is based on Monday–Thursday services.)
These prices include all funeral director fees, third-party fees and essential service elements required for a complete funeral. There are no hidden costs unless additional items or optional upgrades are chosen.

Visits in Our Chapels of Rest
You may visit your loved one in any of our chapels of rest for private time and reflection.
Hearse and Four Pallbearers
Professional pallbearers accompany a traditional hearse to ensure a respectful and well-coordinated service.*
Limousine
A chauffeured limousine is included to support family members on the day of the service.
Our Portsdown Coffin
A beautifully crafted, high-quality coffin offering a dignified presentation.
50 Printed Orders of Service
Four-page, professionally printed orders of service, customised to reflect your wishes.
Newspaper Obituary
A placed notice in a local newspaper to announce the funeral details as desired.
Visual Life Tribute
A tribute of up to 25 photographs, displayed during the service where facilities allow.
Webcast
A live webcast for family and friends who cannot attend in person.
Coffin spray of fresh flowers
Scatter Tube
A complimentary scatter tube provided for the ashes.
Keepsake Memory Box (optional)
A beautifully presented memory box for storing cherished items and mementoes.
* Additional pallbearers may be required depending on circumstances (£50 per bearer).
Third-Party Fees Included
To ensure full transparency and ease, the Executive Package includes all standard disbursements:
- Crematorium fee
- Minister or celebrant fee
- Doctors’ fees (where applicable)
By incorporating these external costs into one complete package, families can plan with confidence, knowing everything essential is covered.
A Premium Service With Clear Pricing
The Executive Package is designed to provide families with the highest standard of funeral care while keeping pricing as straightforward as possible. Although it includes enhanced features such as limousine transport, upgraded coffin options, and printed materials, we remain committed to offering honest, fair and fully explained costs.
No hidden fees – the price you see is the price you pay unless you choose to add optional services or upgrades. In some cases, certain items may be deducted if they are not required; please speak with your arranger for details.
Payment Policy
Funeral costs consist of two elements:
- Funeral Director’s Fees
For the services we provide, including professional care and coordination. - Third-Party Fees (Disbursements)
Fees paid on your behalf to external providers such as crematoriums, celebrants and doctors.
A deposit covering all third-party fees is required within 48 hours of making the funeral arrangements. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the funeral takes place.
If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, we may need to postpone the service.
We accept Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) payments and can support you with the application process if you believe you may qualify.
